Complimentary in-studio support for your terrarium or plant project.
Service Description
A complimentary in-person visit is included for Oasis workshop guests. If your terrarium, kokedama, or plant creation needs care or adjustment, you’re welcome to book a short visit at our studio and chat with our instructors. Your first after-care visit is complimentary. Additional visits may be subject to a service fee, depending on the type of care or adjustments needed.
Cancellation Policy
*A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund. *If cancellation is required within 48 hours, we’ll gladly assist with rescheduling to another available date. *If two guests are sharing one project, please note that a $45 Guest Participation Fee for t Safety and Liability Acknowledgment By booking a course at Oasis Terrarium Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety and liability terms: 1. Awareness of Potential Hazards: · Our studio contains decorative items, including rotating objects, that may pose a risk of injury if not handled properly. 2. Supervision of Children: · Due to the potential hazards present in our studio, we strongly advise that children are supervised at all times. Our environment may not be suitable for young children, and we encourage visitors to take this into consideration before booking. 3. Acceptance of Responsibility: · By entering our studio, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any children under your supervision. Oasis Terrarium Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur due to the aforementioned hazards. 4. Property Damage: · Visitors are responsible for any damage they may cause to the studio's property or equipment. Any damages must be reported immediately to the staff, and compensation for repairs or replacements may be required. 5. Personal Belongings: · Oasis Terrarium Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. 6. Health and Safety Compliance: · Visitors must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the studio. This includes wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as following all instructions given by the staff. 7. Emergency Procedures: · In case of an emergency, please follow the staff's instructions and use the designated emergency exits. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits upon entering the studio. 8. Photo and Video Consent: · By participating in our workshops, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the staff upon arrival. 9. Cancellations and Refunds: · Please refer to our return policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
